Single-funder RBF engine with one institutional partner and a narrow merchant segment.
Phase 1B
Add policy and agent layer plus a second funder to prove multi-funder routing.
Phase 2
Expand to accredited investors with EMD support and investor reporting.
Phase 3
Retail marketplace only if institutional and accredited supply is insufficient.
Phase 4
Open capital network with APIs for any agent or fund to deploy into Deal Cards.
